1. How can we engage a trainer?

First register as a corporate/individual learner at https://www.teamleasetrainers.com/register.Once registered, you can select a certified trainer as per the category/specification, location, experience and skills. Shortlist the trainers that suit your needs and click on enquire.

2. Am I required to post a job listing?

No, you are not required to post/list the job. You need to simply register on the portal, select the trainer as per your requirements and enquire about the training details on the portal itself.

3. Are the trainers on the portal screened?

At TeamLease we take measures to ensure that the best services are provided to both the clients and the trainers. The trainers engaged on the platform are required to provide details regarding their skills, experiences, education, etc. These details are verified by the team to ensure transparency and trust among the parties. We, however, do urge the clients to verify the details of the trainers to ensure they meet your requirements before engaging their services.

4. What if the trainer leaves without completing the training period?

If the trainer leaves in the middle of the training period or does not provide all the services you were promised, they will be penalised and liable to pay the requisite amount to the clients.

5. What is the billing process for clients?

TeamLease, as the moderator, will raise the invoice to the client based on their Pay Order. Once raised, the client is required to process the payment.

6. How do I pay?

All the payments will be processed by organisation after receiving the invoice. They can pay either through NEFT or cheque.

7. Do I have to pay a separate commission to TeamLease Trainer’s platform?

No, you are not required to pay any additional commission to TeamLease Trainer.

8. Will I get an official bill?

Yes, TeamLease will send either the digital invoice or the hardcopy of the invoice.

9. What if I am not satisfied with the services of the trainer?

If there are any issues on the first day of training, TeamLease Trainer will provide trainer to continue the sessions. In case the issues arise after completion of the training, TeamLease Trainer will need to identify the gap in services and will organise a gap filling session by the same trainer.

10. Can I talk/message the trainer on the portal before engaging?

You cannot directly contact the on the portal trainer before engaging them for their services. You can, however, get in touch with our team at TeamLease Trainers portal for any queries regarding engagement with the trainers.

1. As a trainer, how should I engage with TeamLease Trainers portal?

The trainers have to register themselves on the Teamleasetrainers.com portal and update their profile with all the relevant details. Once your registration is complete, we will upload your details and activate your profile.

2. Do I have to bid on the clients’ job listing?

No, the clients will send an enquiry to the trainers that suit their requirements. The trainers have to only share their details on the portal and reply to the client’s enquiry with their fees and schedule details.

3. What training assignments are available on TeamLease Trainer?

TeamLease Trainer offers training assignments related to various functions and industries, including but not limited to IT, Soft skills, Behavioural skills, Leadership skills, BFSI, Retail, Pharma, Telecom, Healthcare, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and Automobile.

4. Who do I increase my visibility?

TeamLease Trainer’s team will assist you in increasing your visibility on the portal. The trainers are categorised as per their specifications, skills, location and experience and are selected by the clients as per their learning needs.

5. How will my ratings affect my future job enquires?

We receive training feedback from the client once the training period is over. This feedback will be aligned with your profile and rating will be given. You are likely to engage more clients if your rating is high.

6. How will the TeamLease Trainers platform help me manage my work?

Our platform offers assistance with managing your work. From blocking dates to monitoring your work progress, making bookings and processing the payment, our operation team is ready to help. We make use of top-notch technology to ensure your work continues smoothly.

7. How will I get paid by the clients?

All payment transaction will be done through TeamLease only. On the confirmation of training, you will receive a purchase order. Once the PO is received you have to raise an invoice on the portal after completion of the program. The payment will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

8. What should I do in case of delayed payments?

Ideally, the payments are released within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. However, in the case of any delays or issues with the payment, you can contact your respective SPOC/Coordinator of the Operation Team.

9. Do I, as a trainer, need to pay TeamLease Trainers any fees?

No, you are not required to pay any fees to TeamLease Trainers.

10. Can I talk/message the client on the portal before engaging?

You cannot get in touch with the client on the portal before engaging with them. You can, however, get in touch with our team at TeamLease Trainers portal for any queries regarding engagement with the client.
